Sets DistributeTimers = 1 under Session Manager\kernel. By default Windows queues most periodic timer DPCs on whichever CPU originally requested them — frequently CPU 0 — concentrating DPC pressure on a single core. With this flag, the kernel spreads timer DPCs across every logical processor, lowering the per-core DPC latency that causes audio crackles, frame-time spikes, and input jitter on heavy multimedia loads. Best on >= 6-core systems. Reboot required.
MaxTweaks applies this tweak with one click and snapshots your original setting first, so you can revert it cleanly at any time. A System Restore point is offered before batch changes, and every tweak links to its official source.
