Sets MaxQueuedPresents = 1 under SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Dwm. By default the desktop compositor allows up to 2 frames queued for present — which gives smoother motion but adds up to 16 ms of input-to-display latency at 60 Hz (less at 144 Hz+). Setting it to 1 forces the compositor to present each frame immediately, removing one frame of queue depth. Big help for competitive borderless gaming and low-latency cursors. May cost smoothness on slow hardware that misses its frame deadline. Reboot required.
MaxTweaks applies this tweak with one click and snapshots your original setting first, so you can revert it cleanly at any time. A System Restore point is offered before batch changes, and every tweak links to its official source.
