Writes the PowerMizer registry quartet (PerfLevelSrc = 0x2222, PowerMizerEnable = 1, PowerMizerLevel = 1, PowerMizerLevelAC = 1) under your NVIDIA adapter's display-class key. This is the registry backing for the NVIDIA Control Panel's 'Prefer maximum performance' power mode: the GPU stops dropping to low power-states between frames, eliminating the clock-ramp stutter you get when a game or app suddenly needs the GPU. The PowerShell finds the right adapter by matching DriverDesc against 'NVIDIA', so multi-GPU/iGPU systems are written correctly. Desktop / AC power only — it raises idle power and temps. Reboot (or driver restart) required. Revert removes the four values, returning the GPU to Optimal Power.
MaxTweaks applies this tweak with one click and snapshots your original setting first, so you can revert it cleanly at any time. A System Restore point is offered before batch changes, and every tweak links to its official source.
