Runs `Disable-MMAgent -PageCombining`. Windows periodically scans physical RAM for byte-identical pages and merges them to save memory; the scan costs background CPU. On systems with plenty of RAM the memory saving is marginal and not worth the recurring CPU, so disabling it trims background work. Leave it on if RAM is tight. Reboot required for full effect. Revert re-enables page combining.
