Disable Network Data Usage driver (Ndu)

MemoryModerate riskReboot requiredReversible

Sets the Ndu (Windows Network Data Usage Monitoring) driver Start type to Disabled (4). Ndu allocates non-paged pool that has been documented to grow into the hundreds of MB over long uptimes on some configurations. Disabling it reclaims that pool. Trade-off: Task Manager's per-app 'App history' network usage stops being tracked. Reboot required.
