Sets NtfsMemoryUsage = 2, telling the NTFS driver to use a larger paged-pool cache for file-system metadata (the MFT, directory indexes, etc.). On systems that touch lots of files — compilers, game launchers scanning asset trees, file copies — this keeps more metadata resident in RAM and cuts repeat-access disk hits. Uses a bit more paged pool; fine on 8 GB+ systems. Reboot required.
