Writes *FlowControl = 0 into every network adapter instance. Ethernet flow control lets a congested link send 'pause' frames that stall transmission; disabling it stops your traffic being paused by the switch/other end, which removes an occasional source of latency spikes on a well-provisioned LAN. Trade-off: on a saturated or marginal link you may see more dropped packets/retransmits. Applies to all physical NICs; unsupported adapters ignore it. Reboot (or re-enable the adapter) to take effect. Fully reversible.
MaxTweaks applies this tweak with one click and snapshots your original setting first, so you can revert it cleanly at any time. A System Restore point is offered before batch changes, and every tweak links to its official source.
