Prevents the NIC being suspended, a common cause of random latency spikes, dropped connections after idle, and wake-from-sleep networking glitches. Value 24 = 0x18 (clears the power-save + wake capability bits). Applies to all physical NICs. Reboot to take effect. Fully reversible — each adapter's prior value is snapshotted (or removed if it had none).
