Writes *TransmitBuffers = 2048 into every network adapter instance. A deeper transmit ring lets the NIC queue more outbound packets, smoothing bursty upload traffic (streaming, large sends). Trade-off (Expert): more non-paged pool RAM, and like the receive-buffer tweak, values above a NIC's supported maximum are clamped or ignored, with a small chance an out-of-range value stops the adapter starting (revert here and reboot). Reboot to take effect. Fully reversible.
MaxTweaks applies this tweak with one click and snapshots your original setting first, so you can revert it cleanly at any time. A System Restore point is offered before batch changes, and every tweak links to its official source.
