Disable hibernation (free up disk space)

Turns hibernation off and deletes the hidden hiberfil.sys file, which is sized at a large fraction of your RAM (often 8–16 GB+). Frees that space immediately. Side effect: this also disables Fast Startup (which relies on the hibernation file) — generally a good thing, as Fast Startup causes its own quirks. Reverting re-enables hibernation. You lose the ability to fully hibernate (not the same as sleep) while it's off.
