Sets SeparateProcess = 1 under Explorer\Advanced. Launches each File Explorer window in its own process instead of sharing one. Costs a little more RAM, but if one Explorer window hangs (a flaky network share, a bad shell extension) it no longer takes down your taskbar and every other window with it. A real stability upgrade for heavy multitaskers. Takes effect on the next Explorer window. Reversible.
MaxTweaks applies this tweak with one click and snapshots your original setting first, so you can revert it cleanly at any time. A System Restore point is offered before batch changes, and every tweak links to its official source.
