Sets Spooler (Print Spooler) to Disabled and stops it now. THIS TURNS OFF ALL PRINTING, including 'Microsoft Print to PDF' and 'Print to XPS' — only apply on machines that never print. Beyond freeing an always-on service, disabling the spooler also removes the attack surface behind the PrintNightmare class of vulnerabilities, so it doubles as security hardening on printerless desktops/servers. Marked Advanced for the printing trade-off. Fully reversible (revert restores the original start type).
