Runs `powercfg /setacvalueindex SCHEME_CURRENT SUB_DISK DISKIDLE 0` so Windows never powers the disk down after idle on AC. On mechanical hard drives this removes the multi-second spin-up stall when you touch a file after the disk has parked. No effect on SSD/NVMe (they don't spin down). Reboot required so the active scheme re-reads it. Revert restores the 20-minute default timeout.
MaxTweaks applies this tweak with one click and snapshots your original setting first, so you can revert it cleanly at any time. A System Restore point is offered before batch changes, and every tweak links to its official source.
